In the certificate it is stated that the city of Hamburg has awarded the Hamburg Hanseatic Cross to Georg Möller, Unteroffizier (NCO) of the Luftstreitkräfte (Air Force) in Fliegerabteilung (A) No. 223. It is dated to Hamburg on April 30, 1918.

Measuring 209 mm (w) x 328 mm (h), presenting multiple folding creases, remains better than very fine.
