Germany, Imperial. A Hand Detailed Photograph of Kaiser Wilhelm
A photograph of Kaiser Wilhelm, the photograph has been painted over with oil paints to emphasize details, within a black frame with a small plaque at the bottom which reads “UNSER KAISER” (OUR EMPEROR), the reverse bears a frame back stapled to the frame with eight staples, with a label at the top right corner reading “Oelmalerei (Handarbeit)) (Oil Painting Handmade), and hanging loop, attached is a tag (written at a later date) which explains that the photograph was taken from a town by Americans during the Battle of Remagen, measuring 86.45 mm (w) x 109.06 mm (h), very fine.
