The second postcard illustrates seven airmen standing in front of an aeroplane, each wearing the Iron Cross 1914, some wearing the Bavarian Pilot's Badge, other wearing the Bavarian Observer's Badge, inscribed "Mit dem Eisernen Kreuz ausgezeichnete Militär=Flieger. / Von links nach rechts : Oblt. Saenger, Lt. Baas, Oblt. Hahn, Ingold, Lt, Hug, Oblt. Bremer, Vizefeldw. Reichert." below, numbered "24/10" at the lower left and inscribed "Postkartenvertrieb W. Sanke BERLIN N.37. / Nachdruck wird gerichtlich verfolgt." at the lower right, 87 mm x 137 mm. The third postcard illustrates ten airmen standing in front of an aeroplane, some wearing the Iron Cross 1st Class 1914, three wearing the Bavarian Pilot's Badge, without inscription, 88 mm x 137 mm. Each card is printed in black ink on a card stock, with postcard backers, unaddressed. Extremely fine.
