What's a max bid?

Germany, Imperial. An Ersatz Bayonet

This bayonet measures 445 mm in length with the scabbard on, incorporating a steel blade, magnetic, unmarked, with a very sharp edge and tip. The blade exhibits scratches overall, common to extraction and return to the scabbard, with surface wear, the blade measuring 305 mm in length. The crossguard and handle are also in steel, magnetic, the press stud placed upon the pommel on the upper, slotted along the top edge for placement upon a rifle, the bayonet measuring 430 mm in length. The accompanying scabbard is also in steel, magnetic, with the frog stud affixed to the upper of the locket, measuring 322 mm in length. The bayonet is housed in its leather frog, finished in black and heavily stitched, measuring 65 mm in width x 210 mm in length, exhibiting wear from active use. As found.
