Constructed of black wool twill, the obverse bearing a hand-embroidered silver aluminum wire wreathed around a tri-coloured cockade, topped by a German State Crown constructed of a silvered bronze insert highlighted by silver aluminum wire, unmarked, measuring 78 mm (w) x 68 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
