What's a max bid?

(Kokarde). Constructed of magnetic metal, the obverse consisting of a black, white, and red tricolour motif with a ribbed border, the reverse with both attachment prongs intact, unmarked, measuring 55 mm in diameter, with some loss of paint evident, in overall very fine condition.
