What's a max bid?

Class, magnetic center, mounted showing obverse of the cross; Honor cross for Frontfighters, magnetic; Prussia: Long Service Decoration, 1. class for 15 years of service (1913-1920); Third Reich, Police-Long Service decoration, 1st Class, bronze gilt; with green backing on reverse, in generally very fine or better condition.
