What's a max bid?

A circular hinged cuff bracelet constructed from a gilded piece of an artillery shell driving band, the exterior features a central iron cross paty with a central initial “W”, the six o’clock arm with a reinstitution date of “1914”, the twelve o’clock arm with a royal crown, flanked atthe left and right by oak leaf sprigs with acorns, with a double push button clasp to open, marked “ORGM” and “KJAG”, measuring 64.76 mm, very fine.
