What's a max bid?

Reichsadler depicted on band with battle scene, engraved on the gallery is “Wir Deutsche fürchten gott - sonst nichts auf der welt” a quote from Prince Otto Eduard Leopold von Bismarck in a speech to the Reichstag 6 February 1888, as well as “1914” between two iron crosses, measuring 23.53 mm, very fine.
