What's a max bid?

A fine parade-mounted Iron Cross 1870 Second Class (Eisernes Kreuz 1870 2. Klasse); white metal cross pattée of multi-piece construction with a blackened iron core (magnetic) within a white metal ribbed border; on a replacement loop for suspension; the obverse with a raised central “W”, along with the royal crown on the upper arm and the re-institution date “1870” in raised numbering on the lower arm; the reverse with the original institution date “1813” in raised numbering on the lower arm, an oak stem with three leaves in the center and “FW” with the royal crown on the upper arm; measuring 43.83 mm x 43.60 mm; weighing 15.3 grams; with a parade-mounted ribbon; metal core; green wool backer; horizontal pinback; the cross has been collector cleaned, with a very well preserved blackened core with only very minor contact marks; in better than very fine condition.
