(Jubiläumsspange für das Eiserne Kreuz 1870 II. Klasse). Instituted 18 August 1895 by Kaiser Wilhelm II. (1895 issue). Constructed of silvered bronze, the obverse consisting of three detailed oak leaves, overlaid by a raised central number “25”, the reverse with one attachment prong, unmarked, measuring 26.28 mm (w) x 17.92 mm (h), weighing 1.5 grams, one attachment prong missing, in overall very fine condition.
