A pin constructed of four parts and multiple metals, three stacked spheres on top of a small ribbon with a crowned eagle perched on top with slightly outspread wings, four flags protrude from the sides of the stack of spheres, two flags per side, the top centre sphere bears a black enamel 1870 Iron Cross, the reverse bears a horizontal pinback with a round wire catch, measuring 30.01 mm (w) x 41.77 mm (h), weighing 17.8 g, very fine.
