What's a max bid?

An eight-pointed radiant star constructed of gilded bronze, the obverse bearing an Iron Cross with blackned iron, the 12 o’clock arm bears a crown, the 6 o’clock arm bears “1914” and the centre bears the cipher “W”, the reverse bears a vertical pinback meeting a flat wire catch with a barrel hinge, measuring 88.48 mm (w) x 89.26 mm (h), very fine.
