What's a max bid?

A grouping of two Bavarian First War Period military service decorations, including a miniature King Ludwig’s Cross, constructed of blackened bronze, on loop for suspension, unmarked, measuring 19 mm (h) x 16.5 mm (w), in good condition, and; a Bavarian Order of Military Merit, Third Class stick pin, constructed of coppered bronze, unmarked, measuring 18.5 mm (h) x 11.5 mm (w) with a 48 mm-long pin, in extremely fine condition.
