What's a max bid?

Your maximum bid should be the highest amount you're willing to pay for an item.

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

A First War period German brooch constructed from a gilded cartridge, featuring a branch of oak leaves at its centre, engravings of the dates “14” and “16” on either side, the reverse presents a horizontal pinback, measures 38 mm (w) x 6 mm (h), with a black-enamelled Iron Cross suspended below, measures 8 cm (w) x 8 mm (h), and in overall near extremely fine condition.
