What's a max bid?

Your maximum bid should be the highest amount you're willing to pay for an item.

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

A First War period German brooch constructed from a cartridge, featuring a branch of oak leaves at its centre, with engravings of the dates “1914” and “1916” on either side, the reverse presents a horizontal pinback, measures 40 mm (w) x 6 mm (h), with a black-enamelled Iron Cross suspended below, measures 7 cm (w) x 11 mm (h), and in overall near extremely fine condition.
