What's a max bid?

A badge shaped like a bullet, the obverse is inscribed with “Preisterivald 1916”, attached below is a small 1914 iron cross in black enamel, the reverse is plain and bers a horizontal pinback with flat wire catch, measuring 40.03 mm (w) x 20.55 mm (h), fine.
