(Patriotische Abzeichen). A mixed lot of three First World War patriotic badges, including:
1. One constructed of silvered bronze, the obverse consisting of a disc bearing a raised bust of Field Marshal Paul von Hindenburg, flaked by name, situated above crossed swords, with the lower edge featuring a 1914 Iron Cross suspended from a hanger, the reverse with a horizontal pinback, unmarked, the disc measuring 19 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition.
2. One constructed of gilded bronze with multi-coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a pennant-style Imperial German tri-colour flag, the reverse with a horizontal pinback, unmarked, measuring 42 mm (w) x 24 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
3. One constructed of gilded bronze with multi-coloured enamels and glass jewels, the reverse with a clip hinge and horizontal pinback meeting a flattened catch, unmarked, measuring 38 mm in diameter, in near extremely fine condition.
