What's a max bid?

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

A mixed lot of eight badges and decorations, including a Black Grade Wound Badge, constructed of blackened magnetic metal, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, with a central raised Stahlhelm, on top of crossed swords on a pebbled field, the reverse with a crimped barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a flattened integral catch, unmarked, measuring 40 mm (w) x 42 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition; a Württemberg Long Service Medal, III Class for 9 Years, constructed of blackened magnetic iron, on loop for suspension, unmarked, measuring 32 mm in diameter, in very fine condition; a 1915 commemorative campaign medal. Constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from a period original neck string, the reverse maker marked “G. HERMELING”, measuring 28 mm (w) x 30 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition; a 1916 Gold for Iron medallion, constructed of blackened magnetic iron, unmarked, measuring 40 mm in diameter, in near extremely fine condition; an 1846 Crefeld commemorative medal. Constructed of patinated zink, on loop for suspension, unmarked, measuring 32 mm in diameter, in poor condition; a Württemberg Veteran’s Association badge, constructed of silvered and gilded zink with embroidery, horizontal pinback, the reverse maker marked “AD. SCHWERDT, STUTTGART”, measuring 43 mm (w) x 55 mm (h), in fair condition; a Württemberg patriotic badge, constructed of gilded bronze, on loop for suspension from a stick pin with a bow tie ribbon, unmarked, measuring 30 mm (w) x 35 mm (h), in very fine condition, and; a Republic of Prussia Fire Brigade service decoration, constructed of gilded bronze, vertical pinback, the reverse marked “ORIGINAL”, measuring 31 mm (w) x 40 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
