What's a max bid?

(Hochzeits Erinnerungsmedaille 1905). Instituted 11 November 1905. A silver medal, the obverse presenting the Duke and Duchess facing left, surrounded by the inscription VICTORIA ADELHEID CARL EDUARD, beside the Duke’s neck is the engraver’s mark MAX v. KAWACZYNSKI n.d. Leben, the reverse presents a small rose tree leaning between escutcheons, below is a small pedestal reading the date 11 OKTOBER 1905, the shields are attached to the rose tree with a ribbon, each present knights’ helmets above, above all is a large ducal crown, surmounted by a curved ribbon with the script TREU UND FEST, measuring 35.38 mm (w) x 40.31 mm (h), on loop for suspension from period original ribbon, and in near very fine condition.
