Field Marshal and Statesman Paul von Hindenburg 1914-1915 Patriotic Badge: in bronze gilt with red, white, yellow and black enamels, museum marked "55" on the dimpled reverse, illustrating the front-on bust of Field Marshal and statesman Paul von Hindenburg, inscribed "v. HINDENBERG" to the right of the bust, all within a circular frame illustrating the colours of Imperial Germany at the left and the Austrian Empire at the right, the Ottoman Empire represented by a crescent moon and star on a red background above, inscribed "1914-1915" below, measuring 25 mm in diameter, horizontal pinback.
