Constructed of silvered brass, the obverse consisting of a finely-detailed oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a bow tie-style ribbon, topped by a German State Crown, with a central raised German national eagle in mid-flight, clutching a stylized target, the reverse with a raised crimped barrel hinge and vertical pinaback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 45.47 mm (w) x 43.78 mm (h), weighing 13.0 grams, in extremely fine condition.
