What's a max bid?

Constructed of silver, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, tied together at the bottom by a bowtie ribbon and topped by a German State Crown, the reverse with a silver content mark of “800”, unmarked, measuring 10.26 mm (w) x 19.71 mm (h), with a 45 mm-long needle, in near extremely fine condition.
