What's a max bid?

(Beobachterabzeichen). Constructed of silver with multi-coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a German State Crown, overlaid by a red enameled applique with a black and white checkered centrepiece, on a ribbed background, the reverse with two visible clips securing the obverse applique in place, with a depressed barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, the pinback stamped with a silver content mark of “800”, measuring 44.10 mm (w) x 70.85 mm (h), weighing 27.5 grams, some flecking of the enamels evident, in overall extremely fine condition.
