What's a max bid?

Constructed of silver, the obverse with a rightward-facing profile of Kaiser Wilhelm II circumscribed by name and title, the reverse with a depiction of a pigeon flying over a seascape circumscribed by inscription FÜR VERDIENSTE UM DAS MARINE-BRIEFTAUBENWESEN (FOR SERVICE TO NAVAL MESSENGER PIGEONS), designer marked on obverse E. Weigand F., measuring 41.15 mm in diameter, weighing 32.1 grams, in extremely fine condition.
