What's a max bid?

These hangers consist of two straps, each with silver bullion wire interlaced with off-white threading; on dark blue corduroy backers; with silvered feinzink hardware, but with all of the silvering worn off due to age and wear - all hardware displays ornate oak leaf designs on the hardware, and feature an adjustable buckle with a sliding metal adjustment - the straps are looped around the hanger; springs on both working extremely well; marked “DRHM” (Deutsches Reichsgebrauchsmuster) on the reverse of the uniform-attaching clip; measuring 281 mm long and approximately 80 mm wide; in worn but overall near extremely fine condition.
