What's a max bid?

Germany, DAF. A 1939 Wehrmacht DAF Company Tray with Shot Glasses

(DAF-Abteilung der Wehrmacht Tablett mit Pinnchen). A unique German Labour Front (DAF) commemorative tray and shot glass set, the former constructed of a silver-plated metal alloy, flanked on each side by polished black bakelite handles, the obverse bearing an etched inscription of “ZUR ERINNERUNG AN DEN LEHRGANG DER DAF.-ABTLG. ‘WEHRMACHT’ IM MÄRZ 1939” (“IN MEMORY OF THE TRAINING COURSE OF THE WEHRMACHT DAF COMPANY IN MARCH 1939”), otherwise unmarked, measuring 224 mm (w) x 116 mm (h), accompanied by six shot glasses of identical construction, all unmarked and measuring 37 mm (w) x 35 mm (h), with age-appropriate oxidation and patina visible to both the tray and glasses, in overall very fine condition.
