What's a max bid?

A unique decorative wall hanger, consisting of a Mecklenburg-Schwerin War Merit Cross ribbon and a Marian Cross of the Teutonic Order ribbon stapled together with card stock backers, topped by an Austro-Hungarian shako plate, constructed of gilded bronze, with both reverse attachment prongs intact, with the ribbons also bearing an Austro-Hungarian Navy visor cap insignia, a balloon observer’s insignia, a radio operator’s insignia, and a railway troops insignia, the latter three all constructed of gilded bronze, unmarked, measuring 200 mm (w) x 170 mm (h), some tarnishing and material fatigue evident, in overall better than very fine condition.
