What's a max bid?

A National Socialist Factory Cell Organization (NSBO) flag pole finial, constructed of nickel silver-plated metal, presenting as a NSBO insignia in the form of a hand wielding a hammer bearing a raised swastika, with a section of cogwheel bearing an etched inscription of “NSBO”, with dual attachment prongs, each stamped with dual holes, unmarked, measuring 145 mm (w) x 220 mm (h), minor oxidation evident, in overall near extremely fine condition.
