What's a max bid?

Constructed of a red cotton twill base with machine-stitched reinforcement throughout the edges and centre, both sides overlaid by white cotton discs measuring 90 mm in diameter, each in turn bearing a machine-embroidered black Sturmabteilung (SA) insignia, stitched onto each corner of the hoist edge is a bronze loop for attachment, the reverse bears a fully intact Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) label with a blank maker’s code and a secondary code of “037277”, measuring 300 mm (w) x 195 mm (h), with minor soiling and material fatigue evident, in overall near extremely fine condition.
