What's a max bid?

Constructed of silver with Gold plating, the obverse insignia consisting of a Gold-plated Afrika Korps insignia with a date of “1941”, flanked by Bedouin imagery, the interior with a silver content mark of “900”, measuring 21.5 mm in interior diameter, weighing 14.9 grams, in extremely fine condition.
