A rectangular cigarette case constructed of silver, the exterior lid bears a central DRL cipher encompassed by an oak leaf wreath tied with a ribbon at the bottom and overlaid with a mobile swastika, on textured background with two diagonally laid Gold inlaid stripes with ribbed silver striped between on either side, the exterior bottom bears two smooth silver stripes with ribbed stripes between and a central textured field, with a push button latch, the interior lid is plain with four rectangular loops, the interior bottom is inscribed with “Droun F. Mackiewiczoun drogiemu szefowi w dowód zezerego przywiązania od personelu lecznicy "RADON” dn. 26. II. 1936” (Dear boss, as proof of zealous attachment from the "radon" medical staff), the interior is marked with a 2 and a left facing bust (indicative the case was made in Poland and .875 silver purity and “SEMIA”, measuring 77.96 mm (w) x 107.77 mm (h), weighing 163.1 grams, extremely fine.
