Germany, HJ. A 1940 Silver Cigarette Case to Karl Friedrich Meyer

(Zigaretten-Etui in Silber). Constructed of silver, the exterior featuring a slightly dimpled textured, with a raised and enameled HJ insignia affixed to the exterior of the lid, opening with a functional spring catch with push-button release, the interior retaining an elasticized band for secure storage of contents, with two visible rivets securing the exterior insignia in place, etched with a dedication of “KARL FRIEDRICH MEYER, WINDELSBLEICHE, 24. 12. 1940”, measuring 82 mm (w) x 102 mm (h), a unique personalized item in extremely fine condition.
