What's a max bid?

Constructed of silver with multi-coloured enamels, the exterior featuring a central oval disc overlaid by an enameled HJ insignia, situated above a pair of oak leaves, and flanked by clusters of laurel and oak leaves, the exterior of the band stamped with an illegible hallmark and the interio with a silver content number of “835”, weighing 5.9 grams and corresponding to a size 8, demonstrating minor flecking to the enamels of the insignia, in extremely fine condition.
