Germany, Luftwaffe. A Fallschirmjäger Desk Bust

(Wehrmacht Büst). Constructed of a bronzed metal alloy, consisting of a shirtless figure wearing a First War-converted Stahlhelm, affixed to a marble pedestal, the obverse bearing a diving Luftwaffe-style German national eagle, unmarked, measuring 105 mm (w) x 200 mm (h), weighing 972 grams, some of the bronze finish has been lost and there is a dent to the top reverse of the Stahlhelm, in overall very fine condition.
