What's a max bid?

A red field, the obverse centre with a white disc with a black mobile swastika, the reverse centre also presents a white disc with a black mobile swastika, measuring 46 cm in diameter, the total flag measuring 116.5 cm (w) x 77.5 cm (h), the obverse presents a tear in the swastika material, the reverse presents mothing to the white disc, in overall good condition.
