What's a max bid?

Constructed of red taffeta, each end trimmed with silver-grey threaded tassels, one obverse end bearing a black machine-embroidered Cross Pattée trimmed with silver threading, overlaid with a central silver threaded mobile swastika, measuring 118 mm (w) x 118 mm (h), the opposite stitched with a 110 mm-wide white canvas disc, in turn bearing a black mobile swastika, with a black inscription of “LETZTER GRUß - SEINE KAMERADEN” (“A FINAL GREETING FROM YOUR COMRADES”), unmarked, measuring 19 cm (w) x 197 cm (l), moderate tearing and material fatigue evident, in overall better than very fine condition.
