Constructed of silvered zink, the obverse with a Werkschutz-style German national eagle overlaid by a mobile swastika, clutching a banner bearing a black-painted inscription of “WERKSCHUTZ”, the reverse with an identification number of “3347”, maker marked “H. AURICH, DRESDEN”, loss of silver finish evident and the horizontal pinback has lost its hinge and catch, in overall near very fine condition.
