Germany, Imperial. Two Propeller Picture Frames of a German Imperial Flyer
Two propellers belonging to a First War period German bi-plane, constructed of wood, each featuring a metal tip attached to the propeller via numerous rivets. Each propeller features a small oval cut-out with a glass cover on the obverse and a wooden cover on the reverse, with a first war period photograph depicting a flyer in his black leather greatcoat. One propeller is partially repaired, the other is undamaged; in overall very fine condition.
