What's a max bid?

Portrait of an Army (Heer) Infantry Enlisted Man/NCO imaged onto an oval porcelain base, the portrait in black and white with an overall pinkish cast, two thin gold-coloured rules around the portrait, raised edge separating the aforementioned pair of rules from the wide border which is also in a gold-colour, clear lacquer finish, personalized inscription in black ink obscured by glue residue on the reverse, 78.8 mm x 78.8 mm, scattered wear in the coloured border and rules, free of chipping, near extremely fine.
