What's a max bid?

A Saxon Steel Helmet League of Frontline Soldiers Tenth Anniversary Plate - White gloss-glazed porcelain plate, obverse with the hand-painted Regional Unit of Saxony coat-of-arms in the centre in black, yellow, green, red, and gray, the coat-of-arms incorporating crossed swords and the traditional Saxon colours in an ornate frame, inscribed "10 Jahre" above and "Landesverband Sachsen" below, the raised outer ring of the plate with insignias, rules and type in cobalt blue, circles flanking the central coat-of-arms, the left circle with the Stahlhelm steel helmet with Iron Cross, crossed oak leaves 1924 membership insignia, the right circle with a Nazi steel helmet overlaying a swastika with a wide border, surrounded by the inscriptions "Der Stahlhelm - Bund der Frontsoldaten" above and "N.S. Deutscher Frontkämpferbund (Stahlhelm)" below, reverse with the crossed swords mark in cobalt blue in the centre and a metal hanger fed through two holes in the lip at the top for wall hanging, measuring 252 mm in diameter, free of crazing and chipping, near mint.
