What's a max bid?

Buyer's Premium

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

A German Fire Police Enlisted Man's Side Cap

Constructed with a black wool exterior, with two rising peaks forming a valley between the two, fold down panels with sloping, downward scallops to the front, machine-embroidered insignia in white and black sewn in place on the left side on the body of the cap, illustrating a right-facing spread-winged eagle, its talons gripping a wreathed swastika below, backed by a full wreath of oak leaves. The interior is lined in black rayon and is unmarked. The cap measures 120 mm x 270 mm, very clean and is free of interruptions in the fabric, extremely fine.
