A First World War German M18 helmet refurbished for the Wehrmacht and the Second World War, constructed of stamped, sheet metal, retaining 98% of original paint, the exterior presents two dome-headed chinstrap retaining rivets, three flat-headed liner retaining rivets, and both of the extended ventilation side lugs, the left-side presents a single decal displaying a Wehrmacht-style eagle, the interior presents a eight-finger leather liner, stamped 56 for size, presenting a leather chinstrap, the helmet measuring 23.5 cm (w) x 31 cm (l) x 19 cm (h), and in near extremely fine condition.
