What's a max bid?

(Waffen-SS Schiffchen). An interesting and storied Waffen-SS EM/NCO’s overseas field cap, constructed of field-grey wool twill. The cap is fully surrounded by fold-down paneling, the front of which bear a restitched SS-style Totenkopf, constructed of multi-coloured rayon threading and measuring 34 mm (w) x 34 mm (h). Restitched into the peak of the cap above the Totenkopf is a SS-style German national eagle, constructed of multi-coloured rayon threading and measuring 60 mm (w) x 30 mm (h). The interior features a multi-coloured cotton liner that stands apart from the commonly seen and standard issue type. Most likely prisoner's of War time replaced. The cap is unmarked and measures approximately 272 mm (l) x 140 mm (h). Sporadic mothing is evident to the exterior, while the right side of the cap bears moderate soiling. It is in an overall well worn condition.
