What's a max bid?

Model 1940 Army Single Decal Helmet

Model 1940 Army Single Decal Helmet - Steel helmet, magnetic, original black exterior, the Army (Heer) insignia on the left side. The inside comes complete with its original nine-panel butterscotch-coloured leather liner, each panel with five ventilation holes, the rear panel stamped "59", plus intact drawstring fed through the end hole on each panel and tied in a knot at the rear. Original leather chinstrap with buckles, affixed to the liner's steel frame. The underside of the skirt is stamped "D16" at the rear and "866" on the left side. Measures 237 mm x 290 mm x 160 in height. Scuffed exterior with paint contact marks, paint chipping on the bolt caps, leather liner exhibits normal wear, extremely fine.
