What's a max bid?

An RAD (Reichsarbeitsdienst) Summer Cap; 1942 Pattern - Fern green cotton exterior with brown threading in the stitching, red, white, black and green embroidered RAD insignia stitched in place on the front peak, inside lined in brown cotton, stamped in black ink with the size "55", the date "1943" and coded "0/0250/0906", with an additional rectangular boxed RAD mark nearby, which has faded with time, measuring 180 mm x 245 mm x 93 mm, the protruding visor exhibiting cracking in its reinforcing stiffener, very light wear, extremely fine.
