What's a max bid?

This is a Second War German NCO visor cap-removed leather chin strap; constructed of brown leather with a glossy black finish on the outside-facing side of the strap; fully adjustable; two button holes - one on either side of the strap; measuring 252 mm x 12 mm at its smallest adjustable setting, and 410 mm x 12 mm at its largest adjustable setting; glossy finish lightly cracked on some spots due to age, but otherwise very fine condition.
