Germany, Heer. A Germany Army Infantry NCO/EM Visor Cap
(Schirmmütze). A visor cap constructed of a field-grey wool body and crown, with a green cap band with white wool waffenfarbe to the crown edge and both the top and bottom edges of the cap band, the front centre of the cap features a silvered, stamped aluminum, second pattern national eagle, the front centre of the cap band has a second pattern, stamped aluminum oak leaf wreath encompassing a three piece, national tri-colour cockade, the cap features a black patent leather chinstrap intact with two, black painted rectangular sheet metal clips, and two black painted adjustment buckles, secured to the cap by two smooth, black painted metal buttons, the visor is constructed of Vulkanfiber with a subtly raised lip at the forward edge, the interior of the cap is fully lined in brown rayon, with its original sweat diamond intact, complete with original brown leather sweatband, measuring 26.2 cm (w) x 28 cm (l) x 15.8 cm (h), presenting mild mothing, very little soiling, small rip to the interior sweatband, and in otherwise very fine condition.
