The interior features a brown leather sweatband measuring 25 mm in width at its widest point. It is also fully encompassed by a multi-piece olive-drab cotton liner. Stamped onto the right side in black ink is a mark of “VS. III.”, a Czech lion coat of arms indicating manufacture in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, and a manufacture date of “1943”. It measures approximately 280 mm (l) x 115 mm (h) when folded on a flat surface. With no evident wear or damage, it is in an extremely fine condition.
