What's a max bid?

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

Buyer's Premium

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

Germany, Luftwaffe. An EM/NCO’s Overseas Cap

(Luftwaffe Schiffchen). A well-preserved Luftwaffe EM/NCO’s overseas cap, constructed of dark grey wool. The cap is fully surrounded by fold-down side panels. Stitched onto the peak is an insignia in the form of a dark grey wool backer bearing a machine-embroidered silver-grey Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika. The eagle insignia measures 70 mm (w) x 40 mm (h). Underneath the eagle is a machine-embroidered tricolour cockade measuring 22 mm in diameter. The interior features a complete dark grey cotton liner, and is wholly unmarked. The cap measures 264 mm (l) x 130 mm (h). Material fatigue consistent with age and field use is evident, and there are indications that the insignia has been reattached. The cap is in an overall better than very fine condition.
